Welcome to CipherPrompt. By accessing our monorepo platform, linking your wallet, or purchasing usage/full rights licenses, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Description of Marketplace Services

CipherPrompt provides an advanced Web3 monorepo interface for listing, checking, pricing, and purchasing prompts for major AI models (GPT, Claude, Midjourney).

  • Usage License: Grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, encrypted privilege to decrypt, view, and run the prompt text.
  • Full Rights Transfer: Executes a complete intellectual property transfer of the prompt, locking out previous owners and granting the buyer exclusive rights to publish new version configurations.

2. Intellectual Property & Similarity Checks

  • Submissions: Creators represent that all published prompts are original creations.
  • Originality Index: To maintain quality, submissions undergo Jaccard similarity index checks against all historical database entries. Prompt uploads exceeding the similarity threshold are subject to warning flags or block actions to prevent copyright infringement.

3. Web3 Actions & Settlement

The current public beta uses simulated marketplace transactions. No cryptocurrency, card, or UPI funds are transferred, and Stripe, Razorpay, and live-chain settlement are disabled until production verification is available.

  • Beta ownership state: Simulated purchases and rights transfers can update marketplace records for testing, but they are not evidence of a financial or on-chain settlement.
  • Wallet Accountability: Users are fully responsible for ensuring secure transaction signatures and keeping local sessions safe.

4. Limitation of Liability

CipherPrompt and its developer teams represent all services as-is and do not warrant AI outputs, model generation reliability, or external contract stability. For further inquiries on prompt systems, consult our Developer Documentation.
